Authorisation procedure in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act

For Mint of Finland GmbH, G.E.O.S. prepared a modification application in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act for a plant requiring a licence. This included a noise report, the authorisation under German water law and the building application for the necessary housing of the plant. We provided our client with ongoing support and advice in dealing with the authorities and implementing the decision.
